These terms explain how OverBerg works, what you receive when you subscribe, and how we keep everything fair, simple and transparent.
Terms of Services
OverBerg is a paid subscription newsletter service. When you subscribe, you receive one or more newsletters by email, depending on the plan you choose and the indices you select. The content is designed to help you understand market context and key drivers. It is not investment advice, and it does not provide guaranteed results.

Payments and Invoicing
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. After you submit your request (plan + indices), you receive a payment link by email. Once payment is confirmed, delivery starts. Because this is a digital service delivered by email, payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has started. If you need an invoice, you can request one by email.
Cancellation and Termination
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, then deliveries stop and you won’t be charged again. OverBerg may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or redistribution of paid content.
Confidentiality
We only use your information to deliver the service and communicate with you (subscription, billing, support). We do not sell subscriber data. Market data providers and sources we use to build the newsletters do not receive subscriber information and do not have access to personal data.
